The controls below are available under Profile → Privacy & Data.Export your dataYou can export a copy of your account profile, connections, reflections, journal entries, AI conversations, message drafts, notes, and questionnaire responses.Delete your accountYou can permanently delete your account from within the app. This removes or anonymizes your personal content. Some shared records may remain visible to other participants unless the connection is fully deleted.Delete individual entriesYou can delete individual reflections, notes, journal entries, and other records you created.Revoke consentYou can withdraw consent for shared relationship analysis at any time. Private reflection remains available to you.Remove a connectionRemoving a connection stops future shared analysis.
