It is NOT crisis support or abuse intervention.

EligibilityYou must be 18 years or older to use the app.Your responsibilities

Use the app for voluntary, good-faith self-reflection and communication.

Do not use the app to harass, manipulate, coerce, surveil, or pressure another person.

Do not upload another person's private messages or information without their consent.

You are responsible for how you act on any suggestion the app provides.

AI limitationsAI cannot know another person's true thoughts, feelings, or intentions. Verify any insight through direct, respectful communication.Account terminationYou may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.Payments & SubscriptionsLumira offers optional paid subscriptions ("Lumira Premium"). Plans and prices are shown at checkout — currently $11.99 per month or $89.99 per year (USD). Applicable taxes may be added.Auto-renewal: paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual), and your payment method is charged the then-current price for the next period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.Cancel anytime: you can cancel from your billing settings (the customer portal) before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep Premium access through the end of the period you have already paid for.Refunds: monthly subscriptions and any partial or unused billing periods are non-refundable. For annual subscriptions, if you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of the charge for a full refund.
